From start to finish the process was handled professionally, and efficiently. The installers did an excellent job of working around our office staff to create as little disruption as possible. Could not be happier from start to finish. Thank you!

My husband and I were so pleased with our new windows! The installation went flawlessly. The installers, were efficient, worked quickly, and were done in a timely manner. They took care of old windows, used drop cloths and the areas around new windows was pristine. Now if I could just get them to come back and clean them, that would be heavenly.
We were most satisfied with the windows and the installation, would highly recommend them to anyone.

The technician that arrived was very respectful of my home and property, leaving it in better condition than he arrived. He clean up after himself, wore booties to protect my rug, and borrowed my vacuum to clean the mess. The bay window installed was perfect, NO DRAFTS! The salesman came to my home with many options to my surprise. They offered payment options, and pointed out pros and cons to each option. Highly recommended, will definitely use again, if needed!!!!
Please be aware that Window World contracts these jobs out to local tradesmen. That is why you see reviews that range from 1-5 stars. I got lucky, I don't remember the technicians name, but he was great!
