I love the windows world of James town. I was helped by a young lady named Lisa. She was prompt, curtious, kind, and very knowledgeable. She was as easy on the eyes as it was easy to do business with her!

I had 9 windows replaced by Window World of Jamestown. The installers did a great job; the windows fit perfectly and were neatly finished. They cleaned up and then explained how the windows/locks work. They took the old windows, too. They were both helpful and very friendly.
