The study of more than 2,550 customers who purchased new windows during the previous 12 months revealed that Window World scored 801 (on a 1,000-point scale) in overall customer satisfaction, which is 16 points higher than the next highest brand and 27 points higher than the industry average. Window World is tied with Simonton.
The award was presented by J.D. Power and Associates at Window World’s annual company conference in Orlando. “With overall satisfaction remaining stable, we’re seeing more competition among the leaders who have an opportunity to differentiate themselves to drive consideration, conversion to purchase and then use their delighted customers as advocates for their brand to continue to capture more share,” said J.D.
